Official Contest Rules
No purchase is necessary to win.
The contest is sponsored and conducted by B-Side Entertainment, Inc. (“Company”), whose address is 815 Brazos Ave. Suite 300, Austin, TX 78701. Contestants from every state in the United States where the contest is legal may participate.
Have Your Guests RSVP
Get 20 or more RSVPs, and we’ll send you a badass “Roll Your Own” poster. Simply have your guests RSVP online by end of day 4/20 2008 by going to your event page.
Everyone who RSVPs online with a valid e-mail address by end of day 4/20 2008 will get a coupon on 4/21 2008 for 20% off all Super High Me gear - including posters, t-shirts and movies. They’ll also be automatically entered to win more goodies (“Prize Eligible Contests”):
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of Prize Eligible Contestants.
There will be one prize winner of the autographed movie poster of Super High Me. There will be 25 prize winners of “Roll Your Own” Super High Me posters and 25 prize winners of Super High Me t-shirts. The prize winner will be selected at random by Company staff from the Prize Eligible Contestants.
The available prizes are as follows:
- A beautiful, mounted Super High Me movie poster, signed by Doug Benson
- One of 25 “Roll Your Own” Super High Me posters
- One of 25 Super High Me t-shirts
Selection and prize drawings/determinations will occur on April 21, 2008 at 11 AM at Company’s offices.
Take Pics and Win a Signed Poster
Take pictures of your Super High Me screening, then e-mail them to our41tip@photos.flickr.com, with the name of your event in the subject. Photos are due by 4/24/08. Doug Benson will choose the top ten photos in his sole discretion, and each winner will receive a signed, mounted Super High Me movie poster. Winners will be notified on 4/25/08.
The prize winner’s names and address will be available at Company’s offices immediately following the prize drawings. The name of the winners will be posted on the Company Website after the drawing.
One entry per contestant. Open only to persons who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Company is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, mutilated or illegible. If Company is unable to locate the prize winner within 2 days of the drawing, Company may select a new prize winner and the previous winner will forfeit their prize.
The contest is not valid where it could contravene local or state laws, and all local and state laws and regulations apply. The winner, unless he or she is a resident of Tennessee, will be required to execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form upon picking up his or her prize. Such affidavit will allow Company to use the winner’s name, likeness in future advertising.
Employees of Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible.
By participation in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
